* Perform Complete Procurement Cycle from Requisitions to Invoice Submission in Finance for Payment
* Generate Comparative statements, Purchase Orders and all other Procurement Documents
* Negotiating with vendors regarding best price and best overall terms of purchase to facilitate my organization
* Aggressive follow ups for timely and fast delivery of materials for smooth flow of work
* Solely Handling Sales tax invoices and GRNs and directly communicate with vendor and finance department
To resolve any tax related issues

* Responsibilities Includes over all procurement of up to Seven Projects
* Main Items Include (Diesel, Cement, Steel Re bar, Heavy Steel Structure, Scaffolding Material, Mechanical Consumables, Welding Consumables, Industrial Gases, Electrical Items, Lubricants and Safety Gears)
* Perform Complete Procurement Cycle from Purchase Requisitions to Invoice Submission in Finance for Payment
* Maintain and present Different Reports to senior management Regarding purchase requisitions action plans with respect to expected lead time of each item
* Closely Monitor Delivery Schedules and Ensure on time delivery
* Closely Monitor on time receipt of GRIN from projects site.
* Negotiate with Vendors for optimum Price and fast Delivery Schedule
* Solely Responsible for the Delivery of Urgent and Important Material i.e Diesel, Steel Re bar and Industrial Gases
* Sign Contracts with Industrial Gases and Diesel Suppliers to ensure smooth deliveries on project sites.
* Follow up Logistics in absence of relevant Team member
