Leading a team of Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, System Analyst, System Development Officers, Programmers, Data Processing Supervisors, Data Entry Operators and Hardware Personnel.

Working in LAN and WAN environment. About 300 PCs are interconnected at different locations of the group, using Windows NT, Windows 2000, and Windows 2003 for networking. All the networking is being managed by me. I have extensive experience and knowledge of BUS and STAR Topologies, and its cabling which also includes Fiber Optic cabling.

Attend fortnightly audit meeting to review the software issue, policy implementation issue, system security issues and also discuss new software, policies and security plans.

Managing departmental purchase which includes purchasing of hardware, software and accessories. All hardware repairs in the department is being managed by me, which included repair of monitor, dot matrix printer, laser printer, deskjet printer system trouble shooting etc.
