Solvent Extraction Plant (800MT BMC and 400MT Plant) related all technical operations and supervise and ensure all aspect of plants that give production targets from higher Management are met.
Maintain quality parameters of solvent crude oil, Meal, Neutralised Oils Maintenance program from all equipments.
Controlling all process variables for smooth operation and maximize production, optimize utilities and make system efficient.
Maintain Log sheets, Production reports, Quality reports, Utility reports and stock reports

Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily plant operations and maintenance activities and ensure operational targets are achieved safely and cost effectively.
Take remedial actions during plant operation to avoid undue stoppages and operational disturbances.
Handle trouble shootings and emergencies and lead the subordinates during shift.
Managing and Optimizing all unit operations and unit process in plant.
Coordinate and monitor all shutdown activities at plant.
