*Recruitment and Selection
· Screening of job applications.
· Maintained CV data bank.
· Screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
· Interview calls & coordination for interviews.
· Interview calls as per schedule, preparation of candidate file.
· Inform unsuccessful applicants by sending rejection email and provide interview feedback to candidates.
· Orientation of new employees.
· Assist in Payroll entry, Prepare Salary Structure, Offer letter, Appointment letter.
· Day end reporting to Sr. Manager of all day activities about recruitment.
· Compile and update employee records in GERP-1 (hard and soft copies).
* Compensation and Benefits (Time and Attendance)
· Checking on duty reports on Daily Basis and also monitoring attendance on daily basis.
· Checking shift assignment and shift requests in GERP-1
· Verify the Absent Report and Daily Leaves report as well.
· Handling the Special and Medical Leaves as per company SOP’s.
· Handling the Loans, Advance Salary, Bounces, Allowances as per company SOP’s.
· Day end reporting to Sr. Manager of all day activities about compensation.
· Documents briefing to selected candidates.
· Checking Documents for personal file.
· Checking original documents before joining.
· Preparation of personal files at all levels.
· To maintain and record new and existing Employee Personal Files as per set SOP's.
· Verification of employer.
* Resignation process
· Stop payment, Clearance launching.
· Support in Completion of Full & Final Settlements of resigned staff.
· Preparation of experience/Termination Letters.
