Sr. Coordinator HVAC & Utilities Operation & Maintenance
1. Daily morning meeting with Utility team regarding Plant Operation & Maintenance.
2. Check previous log sheet and daily report of screw Chiller (328 ton x 2) Carrier Operation.
3. Inspection all cold room\'s & Blast freezer\'s early morning. Plan Maintenance if required.
1. 4 blast freezer 18 HP temp set point -25.
2. Cold Storage 18 HP temp set point -20.
3. Cold Storage 10 HP temp set point -5.
4. Check Air compressor\'s working & last 24 hrs reading.
5. Plan preventive maintenance of HVAC ventilation fans, FCU, AHU\'s, FAHU\'s & Split AC\'s Factory & head office.
6. Manage HVAC & Utilities inventory through Dynamics software.
7. 2 days in week meeting with Precurment team regarding pending item\'s of utilities inventory.
8. Work At effluent treatment plant with A.M Utilities.
9. Weekly Visit all utility area with managment & Discuss plant issue\'s.
10. Daily entry of water data in Excel sheet.
