Performs routine preventive maintenance functions such as lubrication, periodic inspection and cleaning of equipment
Taking the initiative solving the machine break down/minor failures using AM tools.
Ensure timely completion of CIL(Cleaning inspection lubrication) of machines.
Ensure 100 record completion of CIL, defect handling,production report,relibility report and breakdown report of shift
Ensure machines are running as per CL (center line) defined as problem-solving activities using standard problem solving tools such as IPS, 6W2H & UPS to solve the chronic problems on the line(s) in a timely manner. Drives centerline daily management system and loss elimination processes by applying standard tools according to Integrated Operating System (IOS) standards. As the Owner of Line Event Data Systems, ensure the integrity of the data from his/her lines. control stragety.
Ensure 100 with QA/Saftey (DMS\'s) conduct Quality meetings,Saftey meetings ,100 particepting in proggressive maintenace leading and running progressive maintenance DMS\'s with in shift.
Maintains continuous records and logs of all water tests in accordance with standard procedures.
Performs routine preventive maintenance such as lubrication, periodic inspection and cleaning of pneumatic control equipment and overhaul and calibration of pressure and differential transmitters,pressure gauges, flow meters, pressure regulating valves, fluid control valves, mechanical operators,electric recorders, and other associated equipment.

Perform and conduct corrective maintenance to all electrical and instrumentation equipment Conduct troubleshooting, repairs and reconditioning of electrical and instrumentation equipment in order toensure compliance to safety procedures and continuous plant operations.
Installation and calibration of PT,FT,LT,TT with the help of calibrators like Dead weight ,druck calibrator,HART communicator,wallybox & Data loggers
Conduct instrument calibration on assigned equipment in order to ensure compliance to technical
standards and continuous operations with the work permit.
Prepare condition monitoring and inspection reports,documents
Familiar with the principles of control system, and all the instruments used to control the operation process temperature sensors,pressure sensors, level sensors, flow sensors, control valves,4 to 20m loop method.
Practice with respiratory protection, elevated work platforms, fall protection, control of hazardous energy (Lockout/Tag-out procedure), fire protection systems, electrical safety, confined space entry, PPE etc.
Understand the plant P & IDs drawings, cause & effect matrix and Fire & Gas detection system.
