Assist in different HR functions such as recruitment and selection and employee engagement ctivities.o Preparing of full & final settlement and MOGs of employees.o Working & updating of Organizational Charts on Microsoft Visio for both services and production departments.o Draft and distribute documents such as appointment letters, offer letters, confirmation letters and authority letter.o Maintaining all records of hiring on ERF tracking report.o Responsible for conducting exit interview of employees.o Preparing of government related documents (Death Claim, Pension Claim,Iddat Claim and Maternity Claim)o Implementation of employment laws & workplace regulation.o Oversee daily operations of HR department and handle day-to-day HR related issues and employees’ grievances.
