∑ Daily Performance monitoring on the assigned operational KPIs, ensure internal controls &
procedures, product quality, customer services, and equipment maintenance.
∑ Ensure that the health and safety of customers and staff meets all local standards and
regulations and exceeds to the HACCP standards.
∑ Ensure that the staff is in a customer focused, productive and enjoyable working environment
that offers quality service of a wide variety of nourishing meals.
∑ Coordinate in staff recruitment, ensure training & development, performance appraisals, and
succession planning and incentives programs are being implemented.
∑ Supervise and monitor implementing the supply set up for the outlets in coordination with
logistics manager to ensure that outlets are fully stocked according to the business plans.
∑ Monitor the market and competitors, plan and execute marketing & promotional activities
accordingly.

∑ Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, performance appraisals and consultation with the management.

∑ Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations.

∑ Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and periodically reporting.

∑ Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions.

∑ Manage training budget.

∑ Provide opportunities for ongoing development.

∑ Resolve any specific problems and tailor programs as necessary.

∑ Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.

∑ Setting the periodic business targets for the restaurant with area manager. Aligning the facilities and key components to achieve them effectively and efficiently.

∑ Creating value for the shareholders through efficient operations, appropriate cost & quality controls, performance analysis and profit management.

∑ Control day to day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, implementing brand SOP’s and developing the restaurant team.

∑ Setting the objectives and strategies for the restaurant and conduct a SWOT analysis with the team periodically.

∑ Developing local store marketing plans in coordination with the marketing department.

∑ Ensure complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing programs.

∑ Control profit & loss by following business controls/ security procedures, maintaining inventory, proper sales forecasting, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions.

∑ Ensure a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team.

∑ Keep an eye on competitors business positioning, local market trends and other business strategy factors and adjusting the own business plans accordingly.

∑ Developing the effective public relations with stakeholders & society in the great interest of business.

∑ Assist the RGM in all his area of responsibilities in his presence and act like a RGM in his absence.

∑ Ensure complete and timely execution of corporate & local marketing programs.

∑ Ensure the implementation of brand SOP’s and maximum customer satisfaction by providing maniacal services, handling the customer complaints.

∑ Ensure the implementation of operational controls, cash handling procedures, safety and security standard, local health & safety codes and brand food safety standards.

∑ Ensure ordering, receiving and storing of raw products, supplies, small wares and utensils as per schedules and concept standards.

∑ Assist the RGM in scheduling team, performance appraisals, training and development, bench planning, raising the team moral and motivation and controlling the team turn over.

∑ Assist the RGM to enhance the restaurant financial performance and report any equipment and work place damage, work obstacle, accident and any exceptional incident to RGM.

∑ Ensure maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a preventative maintenance program and enabling the cleaning schedules.

∑ Ensure the documentation of all administrative and operational paperwork.

∑ Assist the senior management to run the branch operations in a smooth way.

∑ Shift planning & assigning the work to team members accordingly.

∑ Monitoring staff performance during a shift and addressing any shortcomings.

∑ Writing up shift opening & closing reports & compiling the documentation work.

∑ Making sure that all staff is properly dressed and enforcing grooming and appearance standards.

∑ Improve personal knowledge & enhance the skill’s level regarding the product and brand SOP’s by hands on practice in all the daily routine work areas of a shift.

∑ Conducting the audit of all departments of group companies like Accounts & Finance, Export Documentation, Taxation, Marketing, Production, Human Resource, Inventory stores & warehouses etc.

∑ Analytical checking of business process and implementation with in-house developed Oracle Based System Packages for business controls, effectiveness and improvement.

∑ Stock takings of the group ware houses, valuation and counting of group assets periodically.

∑ Working to generate the companies’ financial statements, providing recommendations and follow-ups on action plans.

∑ Developing the system controls and data based reports for the smooth operations of companies with coordination of the other departments.

∑ Bank statements reconciliation on monthly basis.

∑ Party\'s statement reconciliations for payment.

∑ Checking of salaries and over time.

∑ Preparation of withholding tax statements.

∑ Maintaining of employees Income Tax register.

∑ Preparation of daily transactions vouchers (Payments, Receipts, Payable, Receivable, Journal).
