Full-time English Teacher for the Yongam English Education Station department at the Seoul Yongam Elementary School. Responsible for but not limited to;
● Lesson planning and delivery in line with the curriculum provided for Elementary grades 2-6 with classes averaging 20-25 students
● Classroom and behaviour management ensuring all students are developing
● Monitoring students progression term by term and marking work
● Engaging children of all abilities including SEN students
● Working with teaching colleagues to plan and coordinate work
● Organising special events and lessons for the school and the neighbouring schools on a visit 

● Refined and developed English language education materials
● Collaborated with Korean co-teacher to improve English Language instruction through new teaching and classroom structure
● Managed classroom behaviour through a positive assertion of authority, including activities and motivational techniques
● Led, managed and supported foreign faculty
● Used ACA2000 system to keep a record of students, staff, and faculty
● Following the company’s guideline, recruited and trained new staff through a series of interviews, demos and evaluated potential candidates with the management
● Conducted interviews and admission tests for prospective students

● Taught Kindergarten age 5-6, Elementary Grade 1-4, and Middle School Grade 7-8 using the Oxford University Press books, Macmillan English, and the Pearson Education materials
● Motivated and stimulated children, encouraging learning through experience
