Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceProvide prompt and efficient customer service for cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently. Maintain customer relations records and update customer information. Operational TasksAdhere to regulatory requirements and bank standard operating procedures (SOPs) for ATM balancing, cheque processing, transfers, RTGS transactions, cash balancing, report generation, and record keeping. Process and verify transactions accurately and efficiently. Prepare cash-related statements required by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and head office. Manage cash receipt payments, sorting, and posting. Handle utility bill collections and cross-branch transactions. Post inward and outward clearing cheques. Liaise with NIFT (National Interbank Funds Transfer). Prepare drafts and pay orders. Ensure minimum waiting time for customers while doing cash transactions. ComplianceEnsure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations at account opening and maintenance. Maintain accuracy and integrity in all transactions and records.
