Process and verify transactions accurately and efficiently. Prepare cash-related statements required by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and head office. Manage cash receipt payments, sorting, and posting. Handle utility bill collections and cross-branch transactions. Post inward and outward clearing cheques. Liaise with NIFT (National Interbank Funds Transfer). Prepare drafts and pay orders. Ensure minimum waiting time for customers while doing cash transactions. ComplianceEnsure compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations at account opening and maintenance. Maintain accuracy and integrity in all transactions and records. OtherAssist in achieving the goals and targets of the branch. Use of cashbooks. Manage concerns and queries of customers efficiently and promptly. Customer Relationship Management.
