During his professional tenure he learned about the project of Enterprise Development, Poverty Eradication, Mother and Child Health Integrated Program, Community Investment Fund, Family Planning Reproductive Health, Expanded Program on Immunization and also engaged many surveys and baseline.now working in PPHI as a Assistant Registration officer in project BNP benazer nashonima program funded by WFP
Assist the district coordinator to implement project activities across the district. Conduct meetings with key stakeholders and compliance with queries, feedback, and other legal issues related to the project. Register and select beneficiaries as per project criteria, and provide support in cash for work. Develop financial reports and project reports daily basis and submits to the manager.
Responsible for record keeping of Community Institutions and their members with poverty ranking;
Ensure that the committees are formed in the community institutions and their roles are defined. Help community institutions for the development of CIF policy and SOPs for their institution; Help community institutions for the development of business plans. Ensure that the MIPs are prepared for all the members of the community; Train the Book Keepers in using MIS and record keeping of CIF, income and expenditure, bank reconciliation and cash in hand certificates; Monitoring of CIF programme. Periodical reporting to Regional Office. Ensure data entry of disbursements and recoveries in the MIS; Capacity building of CRPs in credit appraisal and recovery techniques; Checking of bank reconciliations.

Meet with loan applicants to identify their needs and collect information for loan applications. Analyze active loan files on a regular basis and recommend solutions to speed up the loan process.
Complete loan contracts and teach clients on policies and regulations. Interview applicants to define financial eligibility and establish debt payment plans. Reject loan applications and explain deficiencies to applicants. Respond to applicants questions and resolve any loan-related issues.

Identify and establish contact with peoples/communities to ensure obtainment of data in a quite manner, Assist individuals and organizations to take part in data collection activities by providing them with information on the merits of the action, Collect required information and ensure that it properly saved until it can be punched into the system, Perform data entry work to place collected data into the organization database, placing special emphasis on data integrity and accuracy, Ascertain that any data updates are properly punched into the system on a regular basis.
