• Branch Services Officers for Handling and executing all financial/non-financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures while maintaining high service standards.
• To provide exceptional customer service and serve with a Smile.
• exhibit vigilance and take precautionary measures with respect to the security of cash counter.
• Be observant , alert and exercise customer due diligence while dealing with customers.
• Implementation of control & Compliance .
• Processing cheque deposits & payments .
• Utility bills collection
• handling remittance security deposit receipts and national prize bond .
