Regular Field visits Social mobilization
Plan social mobilization activities in the context of the project log frame and targets set aligned with project work plan.
Provide input in the development of terms of partnership to be signed with the communities for participation in the project activities,
Initiate social mobilization process and facilitate the project communities to organize themselves in shape of community organizations (male and female).
Identify and establish of community groups,
Facilitate campaign with support of different activities, to ensure the targeted number of enrollments within project duration.
Facilitate participatory planning and implementation process for identification of Needy Families
Initiate and support different extracurricular activities in Community as per planned in project.
Facilitate administration in carrying Assessment of Needy Families
Support COs to build their capacities in CO management, planning and monitoring, conflict resolution, and promoting social harmony in the community.
Provide input for preparation of monthly and quarterly progress reports on the field activities highlighting achievements and bottlenecks.
Coordination
Coordinate with project coordinator, MEAL, Operations and HR department for integrated and coordinated activities in the field.
Support and coordinate with different implementing partners of government department in carrying out studies, assessments, and trainings.
Support the community organizations to establish their linkages with the local authorities and other development actors to improve the social services

The PO monitoring will report directly to the Manager M&E at PIU and will have the following responsibilities
Undertake monitoring activities at the field level.
Verify (randomly selected activities) progress reported by the District Programme Officer and its implementation team Coordinate with local programme implementation teams on matters relating to M&E.
Assess and report on beneficiary selection processes and targeting strategy applied in the field.
Conduct regular field visits on a day-to-day basis to locations where programme activities are being implemented on the ground.

Provide technical support to the implementation team in beneficiary identification and selection.
Prepare field monitoring reports and provide feedback, guidance and recommendations to the field implementation teams for necessary corrections and improvements.
Document and report lessons learnt generated through programme monitoring at the district level.

Monitor and supervise the field work of an average of 5 community health workers
Coordinate with all community health workers on gathering, compiling HH vaccination data on
weekly/ monthly basis.
Weekly monitoring and supervision plan to include a full day with each supervisee and a weekly
Submit the compiled HH vaccination coverage and missed children data to UCO and DHCSO for
onward submission to the data support centers on a daily basis during campaign (5th day) and
weekly post campaign
Brief and share the HH level missed children data with UCMO for inclusion in the micro plans
for the next campaign
Provide on job trainings on IPC, data collection / compilation/ on agreed formats / tools
Cross verify data (30) of CHW logbooks every month) through desk & field reviews
Data analysis to review trends of children vaccinated and missed of HR population groups.
Highlight unusual movement patterns of HR population groups.
Brief MO on the RI status of the HHs and share the list of defaulters for RI outreach
