Job Responsibilities:

Analyze quality performance utilizing, rejection rate, and any problem occurrence in any child parts by using statistical and analytical tools and methods.
Develop and Implement quality procedures, work instruction, and related records for inspecting, handling rejections, and customer feedback.
Implement methods to inspect, test, and evaluate reliability, precision, and accuracy of processes, products, and production equipment.
Implement ABC Mil Standards procedures and work instructions to inspect finished goods from the quarantine area and supplier’s parts from receiving inspection area.
Coordinate with suppliers and evaluate their performance relating to rejections and corrective actions and initiate training and audits system to enhance their performance.
Train workers about 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Quality Policy, fire and safety, and environment management systems.
Prepare PIS, Work Instruction, PFC, PQCT, machine parameter & final inspection reports according to CAD data & customer\'s requirements at the part development phase.
Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complies with legal requirements
Implementation of ISO 9001:2015,ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018.
visit at Pak Suzuki, Changan,etc) & Suppliers for quality concerns
Make a Bill of material(BOM)of every production part & feed daily rejection data on ERP (Oracle).
Any other task is given by the Top Management from time to time.
