Major Achievement:
·         Close coordination with relevant stakeholders i.e. District Education Office (Female) Upper Dir, Sub Divisional Education Offices (Female), and Head Teachers of notified schools under EQUIP.
·         Facilitated EQUIP team during planning of different tasks at field level such as planning for baseline survey, teachers training, head teachers training, parent teachers council training etc.
·         Oriented officials of District Education Department, Sub Divisional Education Office, and Head Teachers of the notified schools about the aim, objectives, and activities of project.
·         Mobilized relevant education department, Parent Teacher council, and communities about the importance of education specifically girls’ education, and enrolment of out of school children in schools and the retention.
·         Inputs provided during the development of IEC material, baseline survey tool, Training manual for head teachers training on school development plan, training manual for parent teacher council, training manual for teachers training on subject and pedagogy-based content, health and hygiene material, and teaching learning material.
·         Delivered session during enrolment campaign, enrolment walks to aware community about the importance of girls’ education, and as a result 565 out of school girls have enrolled in formal schools.
·         Actively participated during enrolment campaign through social media, radio, poster banner, and stakeholder conventions.
·         Recorded voice message on Radio to aware community about the importance of education in context of the Islam and the Constitution of Islamic republic of Pakistan. The messages are on-air on Abaseen Radio in Upper Dir.
·         Baseline data, enrolment data collected and entered on online data sheet.
·         Facilitated Master Trainers during the delivery of session, group work, and other activities during head teachers training on school development plan.
·         Delivered training session to Parent Teacher Council on their roles and responsibilities specifically in context of enrolment of out of school children and their retention at school in according with training manual.
·         Facilitated Master Trainer and also delivered sessions during teachers training on content and pedagogy.

· Facilitate in-service professional development activities in the UC/Tehsil/District that include face-to-face trainings, follow-ups and roll out of TIG activities.
· Support teachers in implementing newly learned concepts and skills through regular follow-up support visits to schools.
· Work in close collaboration with teachers, head teachers and concerned education officer(s) in preparing and implementing school/ union council/ tehsil based reading improvement plans and strategies
· Assist District Program Manager in managing administrative and logistic issue for a smooth implementation of program activities in the district.
· Assist District Program Manager in developing monthly cash projection against program activities, disbursement of project beneficiary allowances, district based procurement (as and where needed) and maintaining update financial and compliance records/matters.
· Assist District Program Manager in compiling monthly, quarterly and annual progress reports by providing updated and accurate information from field. In addition, collect and share success stories from the field to highlight impact of the program.
· Prepare/partake in detailed weekly/monthly plans including field travels/school visits while adhering to quarterly/annual/LoP work plan targets and indicators.
· Ensure proper record keeping of the TIG meetings, follow-up visit, and teacher observation tools and reporting those to the district office accordingly.
