Responsibilities and Learning
ï· Assigned task of Gallup Survey
ï· Visited 65 UBL branches, in the southern region of Sindh
ï· Aim was to observe the situation in branches and get filled Gallup Survey by employees.
ï· Directly reporting to the Human Resource Manager and the Head of Operations Manager (South) on a daily basis
ï· To learn whole banking functions and assist an operation manager in the regional branch
ï· To learn how different departments are working and integrated among themselves
ï· This internship really depicted a change in my communication, interpersonal interaction with the regional sales manager, branch manager, and other staff. I just not observe applications of consumer behavior in different branches but also learned the systematic operations of banks.
