divp·         Planning and follow up of customer PO/SO” from yarn to fabric finish store (Dyeing+Rotary Prinitng+Digital Printing)/p
p·         Feeding of the PO/SO after getting it from marketing /MRP department, Provide daily production plan to all the departments process wise and according to machine specifications./p

p·         Provide advance plan to dyeing team according to nature of business, Plan according to calculated capacity, and then allocate capacity for different customer on daily basis./p

p·         Coordinate with different departments from grey fabric store to finish store for the smooth supply chain of fabric. Coordinates with dyeing Lab and R&D team for missing parameters in lots, for Dips and Br,s./p

p·         . Identify the Lots need attention to move at next process and controlling their movements so that there should no bypass to system and remains in WIP./p
p·         Collaboration with IT Department and IE, for the generation of reports that are helpful while planning fabric machine wise, process wise./p

p·         Performing the minutes of meeting, that what are the main points ,and whom to be assigned./p
