Participate in all relevant training sessions being conducted during PCM round, and as notified by the Training section. Conduct field monitoring visits as per given target by the Internal Field Section. Monitor, observe, document and report field activities without interfering in work of field teams. Ensure comprehensive understanding and knowledge of sampling methodology of PCM. Ensure accurate recording of pictorial evidence of monitored activities as Means of Verifications (MOVs). Ensure accurate reporting of progress of activities to provincial coordinator on daily basis. Travel anywhere within assigned field areas as and when required. Ensure that accurate and fair data collection is being carried out during field activities. Ensure provision of regular and relevant feedback after successful completion of each assignment. Ensure that best practices from field activities are being recorded and shared with relevant staff. Ensure timely arrangement of vehicle for field visits, in accordance with the company protocol. Ensure complete confidentiality is observed during entire course of validation exercise. Ensure regular and proper maintenance of daily field expanses and financial closing through expense booklets. Establish and maintain excellent working relationship within and outside section. Establish and maintain desire level of professional integrity. Ensure complete understanding and accountability for adherence with the PCM code of conduct. Perform any other assignment delegated in reference to PCM activities, as and when assigned by the Project Management Unit (PMU).) Essential Requirements: Well versed with the importance of polio vaccination and training for quality data collection. Should be well versed with the android-based platform & applications. Should have on-hand command on Google applications, including G-Forms and GDrive. Should have excellent report writing skills and can use MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Power point. Should have personal laptop for active use during assigned period
· Participate in strengthening existing system of the project.
· Mark boundaryof an assigned grographic location preferably a UC (unless otherwise specified by BISP)by taking GPS coordinates at various boundary locations of the UC.
· Visit the required number of structures to undertake the following:
· Explain the purpose of visit.
· List structures using a listing module.
· Mark every structure with marker.
· Develop the handmade route map and provide it to Area coordinator for further processing.
· Visit every HH/Structure within a given locality to undertake the following:
· Explain the purpose and process of survey
· Any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
· 100% mapping boundary marking and HH listing of assigned area.
· Regular on-site technical support and capacity building of the team.
· Collected information i.e. HH listing and boundary marking is uploaded to BISP server on daily basis.
· And the missing is collected and / or discrepant data is rectified with in stipulated period.
This position is responsible to carry out all the Pre, during and Post MASS LLINs campaign activities at the District Level
Management of the work flow of the district team
Assessing the work performance of the district employees at the district and PPS level for timely taking measures to align it with the Project goals and objectives,
Coordination with the district level stake holders and provincial office
Weekly reporting of the district level performance to Project Manager
Responsible for outlining a comprehensive recruiting and training of the District and PPS level human resource in coordination with the Provincial Team
All types of documentation organized in files and kept in the district office
Data collection, compilation and submission to Provincial office as per requirements
Ensuring all Project timelines are met.
Maintaining attendance record of all the Project human resource at the district level and timely submission to HR Department,
Safe keeping of the assets and inventory of the project and ensure record is kept up to date.
Supervise the logistic officer for his day to day logistic related activities.
Monitoring of all the PPS on regular basis
All other tasks and duties assigned by the Project Manager
