divp• Simultaneous, multiple project leadership over site pertaining to Capex.br • Obtain quotations and write capex applications for all projects.br • With reference, negotiation and authorized signatory of contracts involving purchasing/procurement, order placement, tracking and invoice processing for payment.br • Vetting and appointing of direct reports consulting with statutory bodies, local authorities etc. to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.br • Budget management to ensure all targets are achieved.br • Compilation of feasibility studies, capital expenditure proposals and financial justifications of projects in conjunction with site requirements.br • Co-ordination of in-house project teams comprising all stakeholders as applicable.br • Design, research and technical development of equipment in conjunction with suppliersbr • Manage projects and contractors to ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety act.br • Ensure all manuals and drawings are updated as per project.br • Manage the operations and maintenance of site Utilities networkbr • Liaise with outside government agencies SNGPL (Natural Gas supply company),Industrial Estate management, Boiler Inspectorate for smooth, unhindered supply and regulatory compliancesbr • Develop training needs assessment of the staff members, facilitating on job training & multi-skilling to make the best use of their potentialbr • Ensure maximum uptime of all utilitiesbr • Ensure safe and Optimum operation and maintenance of all Plant equipment within prescribed operating parameters. br • Plan, Schedule, Execute and vigilantly supervise the Planned, Preventive, Periodic, Scheduled and Corrective Maintenance of all equipment and systems br • Take initiatives and effective measures to minimize the plant down time and maximize the plant availability and operational efficiency.br • Monitor & ensure all KPI’s accomplishment br • Modify & enhance the system within OPEX to reduce losses, continuous and regular working for an acceptable and intellectual submission of CAPEX on annual basis./p
