Research and Advocacy Officer
Given responsibilities to develop different survey questionnaire for the different projects, issues like environmental degradation effects on small farmers income, accessibility of market by farmers etc. Responsibilities Includes to write an article for different Research Journal, specifically organization own Journal “Kissan Dharti”. Responsibilities also include to doing data analysis using STATA of different projects and write a report on it.
Research Associate
Given responsibilities subject to different issues like child mortality and zakat (Charity), oil prices and exchange rate, stock market, money market and currency market and university education. Responsibilities also include reviewing the articles for “Research Journal of Social Sciences”. During this period I have written one research paper entitled “The Effect of Oil Prices and Regime Switches on Real Effective Exchange Rate in Pakistan: A Markov Regime Switching Approach” presented in the conference in August 2015.Worked on data from stock market, currency market and money market for a trivariate analysis. Worked on project proposal on the relationship between child mortality and zakat. In reviewing activity, reviewed 2 articles and gave suggestions based on the problems highlighted in the articles.
Research Intern
Worked on research reports, data collection and analysis and event reporting. Wrote research report on “The Effect of Exchange Rate Volatility on Trade: A Time Series Evidence from Pakistan”. Worked on data collection and analysis for the study related to public sector development program. Covered two events including a conference and one day seminar and compiled reports on them.
Field Supervisor
Task and duties for which I was responsible are: Plan for the field data collection exercise and assures quality of the collected data for the completeness and accuracy also ensure that data collection is comprehensive as per the SOPs of the organization. Prepare requirement for the field exercise. Coordinator and supervise all field activities. Train field data enumerators in the area of data collection. Compile and submit reports of field activity to higher management. Any other duty not listed but assigned by higher management
Academic Advisor
Worked as an Academic advisor at Allama Iqbal Model School. Given responsibilities to help students define and develop realistic educational career plans through schedule planning for each semester and summer school. Each student should have an up-to-date academic schedule plan through to graduation. Monitor progress toward educational/career goals and meet at least once each semester to review the progress toward completing the proposed academic program and to discuss grades and other performance indicators. Interpret and provide rationale for institutional policies, procedures, and requirements.
Volunteer
Work as a volunteer with PRCS Hangu Branch during IDP’s Operation. Given Responsibilities of Registration of IDP’s in Hangu, Distribution of food items to the IDP’s in Hangu.token distribution to the IDP’s in Hangu from Orakzai agency and verify their IDP’s token
