2: Prepare Job descriptions, Posted advertisements online and scheduling candidate interviews.
3: Maintaining files and drafting letters such as Appointment letter, Experience certificates, and confirmation letters Etc.
4: Maintaining employee information by entering employment data into computer database including employee’s leaves of absence.
5: Monthly Staff Salary Advance, Loan entries in data base and also responsible for Loan, Gratuity Application Summary working.
6: Contributed to payroll preparation via the provision of relevant data Pertaining to absences and leaves.
7: Submission to the finance team, ensuring the information was accurate and prepare with in payroll cutoff.
8: Responded to and resolved with employee requests regarding human resource issues rules and regulations.
9: Conduct Exit interviews and also responsible to complete final settlement of employees.
10: Support the Manager with the maintenance and Development of Internal Procedures and Policies.
