1. Research, design, fabricate, and install HVAC mechanical equipment to meet client’s requirements in both large and small projects.
2. Consult on HVAC system and equipment design for a wide range of projects, and work with other engineers, project managers, and construction professionals as needed to create and/or modify design parameters.
3. Develop and oversee all aspects of production including Clean Room design, computer modeling, selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, testing, and implementation of products and systems.
4. Analyze HVAC systems and equipment when necessary to find inefficiencies or malfunctions and create solutions to optimize performance and increase the efficiency of operation.
5. Design testing procedures and control equipment to accurately assess products and identify areas that require modification and further testing.
6. Communicate directly with project client’s s to understand project requirements, goals, design specifications, and operational environments in order to evaluate cost, feasibility, and implementation of new HVAC equipment.
7. Create and submit detailed bids that outline costs and timelines for construction or extraction projects in accordance with deadlines.
8. Serve as project leader to coordinate efforts of managers, engineers, drafters, and manufacturing personnel during all project phases.

1- Absorption Chillers O&M (Capacity 1750 TR)
2- Preparation of bid documents
3- Supervision of works
4- High and low pressure boilers.
5- Cooling Towers.
6- Centrifugal Water Pumps (Head 150 m).
7- Air handling units.
8- Fan coil units.
9- Split and package type air conditioners.
10- Installation/O&M of Water Reverse Osmosis Plant.
11- Installation/operation of the Cold Storage Units.
1- Got the knowledge of Production Planning, Fabrication, Forging and all other manufacturing processes
2- Material Testing, inspection and heat treatment process understanding
3- Participation in project based assignments
1- Basic understanding and knowledge of manufacturing, assembling and overhauling process of diesel engines (450HP to
700HP) used for army tanks.
