JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ø Primarily responsible for social mobilization, Beneficiary’s Enrollment, Overall compliance management, Monitoring and supervision of compliance Monitors in the respective jurisdiction. The compliance Facilitator work with BISP team, the support to social Protection-Social Health Protection Project (SP-SHP) team and the compliance Monitors.
Ø Conduct Social Mobilization sessions through the compliance monitor to raise awareness among the deserving households. Whenever required, join filed team for social mobilization.
Ø Keep close coordination with compliance Monitors to register deserving household’s beneficiary children with BISP System.
Ø Monitor and verification of Attendance/Compliance data by visiting the schools on quarterly basis.
Ø Compile, manage and handle assigned complaints with regards to BISP initiatives.
Ø Overall supervise compliance monitors works to ensure effective social mobilization, increase enrollment and compliance management.
Ø Keep close liaison with the BISP Tehsil Office, District Office, Division Office and Head Quarter.
Involved with BISP Dynamics Registration (NSER) in recognition and dedication of data entry process BISP System.
