SUB ENGINEER TRAINEE
Plan, investigate and analyze site location as well as its feasibility for construction purposes.
Develop detailed layout as per the project and client requirements.
Plan and prepare construction proposal throughout the site to the specified officials and supervise the tendering process.
Analyze and look at different equations, strategies, and applications to ensure appropriate procedure application and working of all the tools and techniques including chemical testing procedure, drafting software, land surveying technique, and electrical test devices.
Communicate and interact effectively along with other architects, consultants, and sub-contractors and monitor the working of staff and operations on the site.
Consider well the proposed budget and maintain the perfect agenda for buying of raw materials and equipment.
Make sure that the project is done with the committed time throughout the planned budget.
Any other task or responsibility assigned by the project manager.
