• Data collection from different areas of Chitral
• Ensure that team checklist is complete in start of data collection
• Responsible for the entire data collection from Rural communities
• Meetings with community key persons/stake holders to explain survey objective
• Conducting (TNA) Training Need Assessment in the region
• Mobilize the community in targeted areas
• Developing session plans and content as per training needs
• Assist team in ensuring the activities of training programs are carried as planned and the logistics required are available
• Taking sessions for mobilization in planned areas.
• Assist team to design and deliver trainings, workshops and seminars, update/enrich curriculum, prepare lesson plan and teaching aids, for trainings.
• Assist team in liaison with key stakeholders particularly the local community for a greater achievement of organizational goals and objectives and coordinate with local institutions through proper communication.
• Assist team in developing training follow up reports.
• Assist team in collecting various data from the field and share with systems concerned.
• Adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
• Assist team to write periodical reports document and disseminate to line supervisors.
• Seek learning channels for own professional development.
• Assist the PM & PO in any other task including accounting, planning and documentation.
• Assist team in ensuring that the trainees are well managed and kept motivated
• Any other task/assignment given by the PM/PO .
