PO-MER
• Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures
• Preparation of MER plan and other activities in collaboration with other sectors.
• Preparation of situation Analysis Reports of projects and data consolidation work on community priority needs.
• Implementation of case studies to strength information base for programme planning and designing.
• Conducting feasibility studies cost benefits and cost effectiveness studies on NRSP programme inputs.
• Sectorial input onto the planning and budgetary process, including assistance in preparation of annual work plans for MER.
• Develop monitoring and impact indicator for the project success;
• Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results;
• Monitor the sustainability of the project\'s results;
• Suggest strategies to the Project Management for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project by identifying bottlenecks in completing project activities and developing plans to minimize or eliminate such bottlenecks;
• Liaison with MER department and staff to insure smooth implementation of MER.
• Providing technical guidance and assistance to the staff responsible for implementation of MER activities.
• Report monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress on all project activities
• Conduct capacity assessment on existing monitoring and evaluation system Develop indicators and a monitoring strategy for the project;
• Prepare Issues Log and Risk Log for the project;
Social Organizer
• Mobilization of local community for organizing themselves into socially viable groups ready to undertake development work at grass roots level
• Identification and prioritization of felt needs of community and planning for improving living standard at individual household and village level
• Appraise, disperse and recover micro credit for initiation of micro generation activities.
• Train local leaders in record maintenance and management of their community organization.
• Managing for PRSP interventions such as social mobilization, CPS.CPIs, NTIWS, HRD, NRM and credit etc.
• Arrange for linkages of local community with line departments and agencies working for poverty alleviation in the same geographical entities.
• Report on program progress and participates in planning future interventions and expansion.
Trainer
• To train the members of school councils in managing the financial and administrative responsibilities as member of school management committee.
• Sensitization and mobilization of members as active and responsible worker of community
