a.Managing & overseeing the administrative daily operations of the University and ensuring compliance with University policies & regulations.

Recruitment & Selection of Faculty and Staff.
Ensure that the recruitment process is fair and transparent and executed on time.
Supervise and maintain record of HR advertisements, recruitments, trainings, performance appraisals, increments, bonuses, promotions, demotions, benefits, misconducts, disciplinary proceedings, retirements, resignation or terminations etc.
Supervise and update recruitment progress reports, employee database and all related staffing communication.
Orientation of New Joiners.
Dissemination of HR policies and procedures to all new and existing employees.

Ensure employees discipline and monitoring employees attendance & Leave matters.
