My work on Upwork required me to serve clients (both individuals and enterprises) in various capacities and in various aspects of Linux, DevOps, and cloud technologies. I had to work with them as a trainer, consultant, adviser, and solutions architect helping them by providing optimized solutions for their problems (inline with their preferences, and restrictions either by region or their organisations) and later training them with various technical aspects of the solutions.
As a matter for fact, I still am serving a multi-national enterprise VNC AG on Upwork in this very same domain on a as-needed-basis, where I am helping them in their migration process and the work revolves around GCP, Terraform, Gitlab, Kubernetes, and Jenkins. At the same time I am also another client on various aspects of DevSecOps and cloud security.
