With over 25 years of experience, I have worked in various management, communication, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation positions. I have been directly involved in conducting training sessions in different districts, preparing teams for upcoming research work, conducting field interviews, focus group discussions, classroom observations, mapping, qualitative and quantitative surveys, and organizing teacher and field staff training and assessments.
As a Research Professional (Project Coordinator), I have planned, monitored, evaluated, coded, organized, hired, trained, transcribed, and cleaned research data, made excel representation while maintaining quality controls and data integrity and security.
While working with SAHE (Society for the Advancement of Education), we evaluated the impact of programs such as "Integrating Technology into Teacher Training" using randomized controlled studies, "Education Monitor," and "Learn While You Teach." I consistently met all client needs and project deadlines on or before time. My responsibilities also included event management, organizing internal and external meetings, conferences, and briefings, providing logistic support to senior and field staff, and effectively recruiting and training field staff. I believe that a positive work environment with diversified management can create opportunities and develop individual skills.
