I am currently working as a Customer service executive at International Hospitality Investment Group. Engrossed to work for an organization where I am having chance to learn about new things and want to get new experience. I am hopeful that my skills and experience of more than ten years in customer services could make a great contribution for an organization.
My background is consisting customer service profile with a strong interest in managing customer service. My area of focus and interests are handling complaints, best customer service and make customers satisfied which results in profit of company and Quality analysis.
