Review the proposals submitted by Partner Organizations and prepare observations for consideration and short-listing. Perform desk & field appraisals of Partner Organizations; prepare appraisal reports for Credit Committee/ BoD consideration, contract agreement, and disbursement of funds as per Financing Agreement. Provide technical support to partner organizations in effective implementation of the program interventions. Review and analyse program related documents and reports, maintain a reference system for these documents, follow up on future programmes and action. Develop capacity building plans of Partner Organization staff. Prepare minutes on different meetings, workshops and programmes; Maintain appropriate file system for both incoming and outgoing communications; Ensure Data entry of projects activities at Partner Organization level and carry out analysis of data. Coordinates collection of information from different sources, compilation of information and information management; Develop and conduct presentations/ learning sessions for Partner Organizations to build their capacity on Programme interventions. Review statement of expenditure (SOE) and ensure disbursement of funds to partner organizations. Collect case studies of programme beneficiaries from Partner Organizations for dissemination to stake holders. Perform activity monitoring of the program interventions carried out by the Partner Organizations.

Coordinate all edible oil/ghee fortification related activities in field including working with key stakeholders i.e. Food Department, Food regulatory authorities, Health Department, Pakistan Vanaspati Manufacturers Association (PVMA), edible oil/ghee industry and nutrition development partners etc., Plan and conduct trainings/capacity building activities for edible oil/ghee mill staff, food inspectors, laboratory staff and District Focal Person on fortification and quality assurance and quality control processes to promote sustainable and adequate fortification of edible oil/ghee., In close coordination with provincial manager, assist Provincial Food Department, Food regulatory authorities, Health Department and edible oil/ghee industries in district level planning and execution of program activities, Conduct regular visit of edible oil/ghee mills and market to ensure that adequately fortified oil/ghee is produced and supplied to the market, Collate information and data received from the oil/ghee mills, compile, analyze and generate monthly reports for submission to provincial office., Identify issues and bottlenecks related to food fortification activities in the field, report to provincial manager and take mitigation measures.

Deliver the training to field teams for collecting the data of asses the most recent polio campaign,  arrange the staff of field assignment, insure the logistics arrangements control the expense according the budget, redesign the training material, asses the performance of participants, supervise the field activities, update the report on real-time, respond the quires of external monitors. Ensure the quality measurements for data collection.

Formulate variety of documents and analytical reports, e.g. data summaries, workshops report etc., Support the field staff in the revision of work plans and strategies and maintain positive relationship with the staff, Build the liaising with target interviews providers, Implementing the agreed action plan to the agreed standards and deadline, Ensuring the adequate preparation to dealt daily field matters, Taking responsibility for the effective flow of information between team members.

: Assist communities in the formation of village organizations following the standard process considering the participation of women and other vulnerable groups, Conduct capacity building activities and the use of various tools that will support assessment, plan and proposal development, project monitoring and fund management within communities, Delivered and arranged trainings with community and institutional stakeholders, Provide the needed technical support in the preparation of Workshops to develop CWB focused integrated community based resilience plans considering multi-sectoral Interventions Actively engage with communities, district Support Group (DSG), CRCs, Government line departments and NGOs to highlight the DRR issues of various projects through CVA approach, Liaise with local authorities at UC level and government line agencies particularly, District Disaster Management Authorities (DDMAs) to ensure strong government relations and support of community programs, Ensure with Social Mobilization Coordinator that the exit strategy/sustainability plan is fully implemented

Updated the monitoring plan and conducted the baselines surveys, prepare the proposal on the basis of bases of base lines surveys. Monitor and evaluate overall district progress and achievement of results, Suggest improvements in data collection instruments (both quantitative and qualitative), and maintain a results database to aggregate data, Assist Manager M&E in the preparation of reports on the findings and lessons learned from project innovations, Conduct regular visits to project sites to carry out process monitoring as well as gather feedback from the beneficiary community about the implemented projects and submit a detail report about the activities, Attend and observe each bidding process prior to grant implementation to ensure transparency on behalf of all stakeholders
