Handling direct procurement of Chemical, Fabric and other production Items.• Handling imports of Raw Materials/ Machinery parts. • Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, negotiating contracts and prices, and managing supplier relationships.• Coordinating and participating in the preparation of procurement documents and Approvals.• Providing support to internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.• Continuously identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and cost savings.• Preparing Monthly Planning in coordination with concerned departments.• Monitoring and tracking procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of procurement transactions.• Processing and verifying invoices, purchase orders, and other related financial documents.• Reconciling invoices and purchase orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.• Communicating with vendors and internal departments to resolve any issues or concerns related to invoicing.• Ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices to vendors and suppliers.• Staying current on industry trends and best practices, and implementing new procurement methods and techniques as appropriate.

Handling procurement of Assets Local/Imports.-Establishing LC and Bank Contracts.-Generate Purchase Requisition In SAP for procurement.-Preparing SAP reports for Purchase Orders.-Keep in coordination with Production Planning for material requirements. -Generate Service Orders for Maintenance of Plants & Equipment. -Preparing detailed SAP inventory report for Karachi Lahore & Peshawar Plant.

I was tasked to learn the working of three departments, which are General Procurement,
Accessories Inspection Department and Warehouse. Spent two weeks in each department and
gained knowledge about the routine work. Moreover I learned to use ERP of AKTM and make
PR RFQ and KPI.
