Merchanised & sourced yarn, other raw materials from international markets China, Korea, Malaysia.
Provided information on improving product marketability by researching and identifying market trends also coordinated for new product development.
Follow-ups with existing customers/ receivables on daily basis.
Maintaining daily sales orders from customers.
Preparing costings, RFQs And negotiating with customers to finalize new inquiries.
· Reporting to General Manager Commercial,· Conducted basic marketplace intelligence and research to map potential business existing and new customers for Customs Brokerage, Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services.· Responsible for all accounts receivables collections and bad debts resolution, coordinated incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy and condition of shipments.· Developed pricing and business models based on customer’s needs and requirements· Reviewed shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders and other records to determine shipping schedules utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes and rates.· Processed delivery orders and documentation, provided detailed information such as quotations to existing and new clients.· Liaising with new agents to get better prices and keep comparisons of prices between different agents from the same origin.· Updating import and export rates from all shipping lines for Air & Sea movements (LCL&FCL).· Assimilate market information and take part in the overall business development through weekly / monthly sales meetings.

· Create online bookings for shipments in MAERSK LINE & SAF MARINE.
· Also responsible for the air shipment planning and approvals that ETA should be met.
· Liaison with custom clearing agent and related customers.
· Providing consistently a high level of service to the customers covering both verbal and written customer liaison regarding freight rates, quotations, service parameter, schedule information and customer complaints.
· Maintaining relationship with target customers, customer service, ensuring high rate of return on investment, sales support and sales.
· Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
