· I work as a Case Management Officer with a UNHCR based project where I take asylum interviews of up to twenty seven (30) Afghan Refugees per day; I communicate with them in their spoken languages which are usually Persian and Pashto, in the case of Afghan refugees.
· Enter the biodata of applicants in Progress software, write their asylum claims, maintain their initial records manually, check their documents, collect the photocopies of all their valid documents and maintain hard copies of each applicant, and issue them tokens for further steps of screening.
· Maintain all the records in excel sheet simultaneously and report the cases details to Project Coordinator on daily basis.
· Maintain a good communication and build rapport to know in depth details of each applicant’s risk and nature of vulnerability
· Generate a customized claim for each case based on the types of their needs and risk level.
· Managed Social media accounts; provided a two-way communication facility to the audience through Zendesk; created customized, accurate, reliable, updated, and timely responses for the various extents of topics to the public.
· Maintained the records of all activities including the hard copy files of all the activities.
· Wrote minutes of meetings, prepared weekly, monthly and quarterly reports of the project’s activities and achievements.

· Visited fields for identifying the protection issues most likely related to COVID-19 and of other vulnerabilities for the case management process.
