- Lead the Non-food (DIY) Department Punjab Region Central Warehouse- 3 thousand plus SKUs Operation Handling with 99% Inventory Accuracy- Stock Serving to all Punjab 15+ Branches with 99% Service Level- Preparing and presenting a daily stock position report.- Communicating with upper management about current stock and potential issues. - Co-Ordination with store teams and vendors about stock issues.- Co-Ordination with the supply-chain team about GRNs, purchase orders and shipments. - Managing the stock levels, and giving out the supplies from the stock. - Preparing the inventories, maintaining the stock records. - Maintaining a record of receipts as well as the issuance of items. - The reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system.- Ensuring that the stocks stay physically protected in the warehouse.- Maintaining the minimum level record of Stationary items.- Undertaking the function of stock taking on a regular basis. - Ensuring the correct and timely valuation of the inventory.

Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Timely complete dispatch-related documents and forward them to the accounts department after completing a defined process at the warehouse.
Prepare and present a daily raw material stock status report to Head Supply Chain Operations.
Responsible for preparing the purchase requisitions, receiving, storing, issuing the goods, managing the stock levels, and giving out the supplies from the stock.
The preparing the inventories, maintaining the stock records, using computerized systems for entering the records, and is accountable for checking the supply invoices with the purchase orders.
Responsible for preparing the reports on adjustments done to inventories that may be damaged, spoilt, etc., and coordinates the purchasing, inventory, and warehousing functions.

Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of equipment and supplies, and maintenance of inventory. 
Route, schedule, pack, and prepare orders for delivery; load vehicles; schedule and oversee deliveries and pick-ups.
Prepare and maintain a variety of records and logs and prepare reports; maintain inventory of items in the warehouse; file records; supervise the assembly of inventory printouts and catalogs as per requirements.
