Looking over all FI / CO module in SAP S4 Hana of the company.


§  Designing controls in SAP for Procurement, Inventory and Account payables.

§  Maintaining and implementing financial policies and procedures for the company.

§  Review financial data, lead monthly closure process, prepare annual accounts and reports to Chief Financial Officer.

§  Ensuring all IFRS and IAS implementation at the time of preparation of financial accounts.

§  Track the company\'s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement.

§  Implementing plans for budgeting, forecasting and reporting.

§  Coordinating with external auditors at Annual audit, limited review, conducting stock count and getting audit quarterly royalty remittance to ExxonMobil.

§  Preparing segment wise cost of Lubricants for Sales Staff to negotiate with the customers and in tenders.

§  Ensuring every product cost is manufactured as per BOM and inventory cost reflected is as per budget.

 Recording all entries in ERP which pertain to treasury, provisions and prepaid adjustment.
 Assists Controller’s Finance in Preparing Monthly Profit and Loss Accounts and Balance Sheet, which is submitted to CFO
of our company, who presents it to Army Welfare Trust (AWT).
 Analyzing every abnormal variances and trends, if any, and reporting it to management.
 Conducting monthly controllers meeting in which company’s monthly financial performance is assessed and any problem
and loopholes occurred during preparation of final accounts is solved.
 Preparing Schedules.
 Dealing with external auditors, conducting stock count at the time of yearly audit. Coordinating with auditors at quarterly
Royalty Audit.
 Preparation of Annual Final Accounts for external auditors to audit.
 Dealing with AWT Auditors annually at the time of Internal Audit.
 Preparing reports, like segment report, to evaluate the performance of each segment.
 Preparing Costing Sheets of both segments of Company, i.e. Industrial and Automotive, on every major change.
 Assist in Formulating Costs for products in order to quote a price in any Bid tender.
