• Online programming, troubleshooting and monitoring of ABB ACS800 Multi Drive System through ABB Drive Window 2.0.
• Hardware repairing and troubleshooting of ABB ACS800 multi drives (VFDs).
• Online troubleshooting and programming of ABB AC800 PEC PLC network through ABB Control Builder M Professional software.
• Rolling Mill Plant Trouble Shooting with Help of HMI.
• Maintenance of Profibus and Ethernet communication layers (Drive bus, Profibus etc.)
• Maintenance of Remote I/O.
• Maintenance and calibration of Field measuring instrument, (PT-100, Level Sensors, Flow meters, Pressures switches, Pressure meter, Pulse generator, absolute encoders etc.
• Operation and maintenance of ABB DCS system.
• Maintain and back up data of DCS Server.
• Trouble Shooting of FAST I/O ABB S-100.
• Automate the new system according to the process requirement.
• Performed the Preventive Maintenance of AC Drives.
