Job Summary
Responsible for the planning, organization, development and overall operation of the Housekeeping, Laundry & Gardening Department.
Responsible for providing technical guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring staff individual work performance and also responsible for appropriate staffing, scheduling and budgeting of the department.
Responsible to ensure that implemented processes are in accordance with established SOPs and comply with laws, regulation and standards.
Participate in the meeting with the Head of Department/Head of Campus and submit the month end departmental performance report.
Coordinate work activities among all clinical/non clinical departments.
Preparation monthly roster of all staff including officers, Supervisors and other staff. Ensure the availability of the inventory as per demand on a weekly/daily basis
Jub Summary
Responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective supply of high-quality food and beverage products to meet the needs of the restaurant.
Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers for food and beverage products, negotiating contracts and assessing their ability to meet quality and quantity requirements.
Ensuring the F&B products procured meet the required quality standard, setting quality benchmarks, conducting inspection and addressing any quality issues promptly.
Managing inventory level to ensure an adequate supply of F&B products without excess stock or shortage, monitoring inventory turnover and implementing efficient inventory management systems.
Maintaining an accurate record of procurement transactions, contracts and supplier performance, incorporating sustainable and ethical practices into procurement processes, such as sourcing from eco-friendly suppliers and reducing waste.
Perform the inspection for all commodities (food, agri, chemical, Cosmetics, textile, electrical, mechanical sports, surgical items).
Perform the factory assessment & audit (sports, surgical industries).
Perform the sampling for all commodities as mentioned above.
And perform the other responsibilities as assigned by the office.
Knowledge of Inspection Levels, AQLs and sampling plans.
