• Responsible for Conducting the Qualitative research. Currently leading two major Qualitative projects PPIUCD and MVA Studies. Purely involve in technical report, analysis/findings, final report and in presentations.
• Conducted a “study on the motivation and retention factors of the community educators at GSM” and prepared a draft report on it. The study was selected for a Conference by Health Services Academy.
• Support the RM&E Manager in defining and implementing the key project performance indicators (KPI) as well as monitoring them throughout the duration of the projects.
• Assist in the design of concept note and interview guidelines. Compile and analyze information and prepare reports and make presentation
• Develop and Circulate RFPs, provide feedback on reports /guidelines, review on tools, Coordination with other organizations i.e. PMRC for NBC-ERB Approvals, and keep close liaison with agencies for different studies and surveys i.e. TRaC II ,III,and IV Survey, MAP2 Survey, PSM, PPIUCD and MVA Survey ,Client Exit interview etc.

• Conducted Pre-test and Post-test activity of CMWs as part of the RAF Project with AKUH and MNCH teams. And conducted Intervention group as well as Control group pretest/Posttest which held in six districts of Sindh.
• Was responsible for hiring Internship Coordinators for Sindh six districts. Then was involved in providing requisite training to all internship coordinators in six districts of Sindh.
• Allocated CMW with each provider in six different districts of Sindh. Also allocated Internship coordinator in each districts.
• Every fifteen days, conducted monitoring visits in six districts of Sindh to supervise the progress of CMWs, internship coordinators, providers and focal persons as well. Filled monitoring input forms and tools and solved all issues/queries related to GS Providers, CMWs, internship coordinators and focal persons from MNCH.
• Conducted monitoring visits with concerned personnel from internal auditors and with the RAF Donor agency.
• Completed all report writing related to monitoring visits of RAF project.
• Conducted all other responsibilities related to RAF Project on instructions from the General Manager and Project Manager of the Research Department.
