Part of the deployment team of SAP HCM Module.
Ensure to process payroll in time of 700 employees of the organization including Head office, Warehouse and nationwide 18 outlets/branches.
Directly coordinating with SAP Support team to improve SAP system according to HR and company requirement when needed.
Maintaining OM structure in SAP by Head Count on monthly basis.
Prepare target and incentive for Retail staff.
Prepare HR reports as per requirement of Retail Head and HR Manager
Ensure to fulfill HR Operations tasks and practices assigned by the line manager.
Deals in Day to Day HR matters, Hiring, Resigning, and initiate the final settlements.
Assist in Recruitment and selection for Head office and Retail staff
Visit outlets and stores on monthly basis for resolving HR related issues in operations.
Monitor attendance of all employees monthly basis as per policy of the organization and resolve related all queries of the staff.
Working on EOBI (Employee old age benefits) and dealing directly for all related matters
Deal with PESSI (Punjab Employee Social Security institution) and dealing directly for its all matters.
Directly coordinating with EFU life insurance for registering and make cases for recovering settlements for employees in case of any mishap.
Coordinate with Accounts Department for smooth salary disbursement.
Deals with Bank for opening new accounts of employees and processing salaries every month.
Working on Income Tax for all the employees/ then generate PSID on e-FBR filling.
Annual increment working for all the staff.
Working on Annual Bonus to the staff.
Prepare files of newly appointed employees.
Issue Experience Letters, Bank Account Letters and other Letters as per staff requested. Prepare overtime of employees as per company policy. Prepare payroll reports for every month for evaluating and comparison.
