·     Assist Planning Coordinator in placing mechanisms to track and share progress on the implementation of scheduled activities.
·     Develop management tools such as worksheets, detailed activity, checklists, activity monitoring frameworks, issue logs and reporting templates.
·     Lead Training Officers in the field for different activities, in achieving the targets of the project.
·     Assist in designing training manual and modules and conducting sessions, workshops, seminars and simulation exercises at regional level.
·     Develop follow up training reports. Prepare written reports on monthly basis or as required and maintain records of various documents.
·     Train field team and assist in development of village-based disaster risk management plan, together with the community members.
·     Create village level implementation plans for VDRMPs and share it with relevant stakeholders for implementation.
·     Assist in developing database of volunteers, communities at risk, vulnerable groups and designing training and capacity enhancement program for the communities.
·     Prepare monthly project up-dates and monthly or periodic project reports in collaboration with relevant departments/ project leads.
·     Establish mechanisms for liaising with relevant focal persons to track status of the activities.
·     Review and edit all necessary reports, including reports to management, stakeholders and/ or donor agencies, as and when needed.
·     Actively participate during the response phase of the disaster, and in the establishment of the Emergency Operation Centre.
·     Assist Stockpile In-Charge in inspection, training and other logistic matters pertaining to stockpile maintenance.
·     Assist Regional Program Manager and other concerned staff in monitoring and evaluation of region’s activities.
·     Support Regional Program Manager in administrative aspects of day-to-day unit operations, and in ensuring that issues are identified and corrected.
Any other task/assignment given by the Regional Programme Manager/ Project Coordinator.
