Major task I was awarded are: Managing all data and operational activities regarding workers operation and Business forecasting and inventory management.I have also played a role in the employees Selection and hiring. Other task which I performed includes: Category in-charge, recovery section and Inventory management.

TCS is an Air and Ground Logistics Services provider, on national and international level. Operating from 900+ outlets in Pakistan.
Working with TCS has boost my communications skills, as my work is related to customer queries management, order tracking and complaint resolution.
Interaction with the customer and providing them a strong and fruit full solution is major task.
Also working in the field of product development, such as the addition of Red, Black boxes on Yayvo.com, which is the child company of TCS.
Work in critical situation and handled extremely dissatisfied customer positively and provide my best part in the organization.
