Create Smart Sheet of employees panel data .
Update employees data in system (HRIS )
Facilitate employees and handle queries related to Medical Care benefits.
• Coordinate with MSA department for processing verification of documents and updating in (HRIS)system.
• Facilitate Medical staff resignation or complications of contract clearance process .
• Deliver a high quality customer service to both the public, external customers, and other departmental staff through a variety of communication medium.
• Attending telephone calls and pass the messages respective person.
• Preparing organograms of departments and coordinating with their HODs for any changes and uploading on HRIS
• Follow departmental policy, procedures and SOPs as per ISO/ JCIA
