Crafted time and cost implication documents for client approval with the assistance of stakeholders. Dealt with variation orders that created during the projects’ implementation by formulating a special report attached with the variation orders. Monitor Inspections conducted by the District Engineer (DE) using the MIS Dashboards and random field visits. 
During any site visit the field visits the CSM will ensure that the status of the school in MIS reflects the current status and that the construction records are maintained on MIS and at the site.
During the site visit, the CSM will check to see that monitoring and enforcement of the widespread use of PPE Equipment & Removal of Debris is being done by the DE.
To ensure the resolution of all school related issues coming out of the MIS Inspections, in collaboration with the DM & CPMU Project Manager e.g. resolution of Failed Inspections and addressing of delays.
Effectively communicate and report ANY and ALL issues that cannot be solved at the Provincial Level, to CPMU, as and when support is required. 
The primary provincial focal person for facilitating audits (internal and external) and leading the closure of audit queries related to the construction QA/QC.
Participate in a MANDATORY weekly conference call with each District Team.
Assist in the pre-award due diligence procedures of contractors.
Initiate Contractor Performance Evaluations based on the documented feedback from the concerned DM, SDEs’, DEs’, CDCs and the MIS.
