Regional Manager Operations
Working as Regional Manager at Ufone MS project for South (Interior Sindh)
• Responsible to ensure Network availability are met as per assigned targets.
• Responsible to ensure RF KPIs as per target and timely solution on degraded KPIs,
• To ensure timely solution on RF related issues on specially RNC/BSCs KPIs within SLA.
• To coordinate with TXN planning team for proper and suitable solution on upcoming NEs and traffic shifting activities w.r.t media allocations and new deployment/expansion sites for environmental and power aspects.
• To ensure NEs hardware faults rectifications as per assigned SLA.
• Competence development of resources through team building activities.
• Daily monitoring and controlled regional OPEX as per assigned budget across all heads.
• To identify and ensure timely resolution of issues within SLAs.
• To conduct daily analysis of Network performance (outages/degraded areas and Gap Analysis) and ensure quick resolutions of chronic faults that are caused for degradations.
• To ensure that critical/major faults of Network related issues and environmental alarms and faults being highlighted through M2000 client software and address in a timely manners.
Assistant Manager RAN
Worked as Assistant Manager RAN in South region, was looking interior Sindh and Bilochistan belt,
(i) was responsible for O&M activities including BSS/RF/TXN nodes and power related issues with timely solution.
(ii) Coordination with teams to check their assignments and progress,
(iii) Coordination with vendors and other departments for planning and targets
(iV) Weekly/Monthly review and control on OPEX and share requirement for CAPEX,

BSS Implementation Engineer
Worked as Team Lead in BSS implementation on Telenor Project,
(i) Was responsible for monthly roll-out targets,
(ii) Responsible for smooth deployment and acceptances with customer on site visits,
(iii) To check and on site verification of BOQ items
(iV) To ensure on site support during CL and RF Drive test.
