I'm a graduate engineer eager to work and grow professionally as a Mechanical Engineer in a stable organization where I could demonstrate my expertise in Mechanical products under a challenging and growth oriented environment. I am currently working as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Neurocomputation Lab - NCAI, NED UET in a project called AIM-Green Energy in which we are developing an Electric vehicle (E-Motor bike) with minimum alterations in existing conventional IC Engine Motorbike which is suitable to work in local conditions. I am responsible for designing all the mechanical parts of the vehicle. I designed and fabricated the following parts:
1. Battery Cell Modules for the Battery Pack using 3-D printer.
2. Waterproof Battery casing.
3. Battery Housing which makes a direct connection of the battery with the vehicle.
4. Electronic box to secure the relay and other electronic sensors using a 3-D Printer.
5. Controller plate for holding the controller of the vehicle.
6. Motor Placement, Its support, and Casing.
7. Battery housing Support and Placement.
8. Fairings at both sides of the battery housing.
9. Speedometer Casing using a 3-D Printer.
A two weeks internship where we were given a brief introduction and visit of different departments at PAC kamra. How these departments work, Introduction to different CNC machines, Energy and heat generation equipments.
Learnt operation of Escalators, Elevators, Boarding bridges, firefighting System, Water Works, HVAC, Fire and safety standards and practices.
