- Owner of site Electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) and files every Quality System Failure and leads the investigations accordingly.
- Analyze production, maintenance, and malfunction records to identify problems and recommended solutions.
- Assess temperature-controlled shipments to customers/ distributors in the region.
- Ensuring conformance to applicable GDP rules in the region (warehousing and both incoming and outgoing shipments) with customers and 3PL.
- Ensure Pharmacovigilance systems & interfaces are aligned within the country and region.

- Process prescriptions and maintain records for all pharmacy documents, including schedule B & D drugs.
- Providing consultation to customers on the phone or online about the proper use of medicine and coordinating with doctors and other caregivers to decide when a prescription is inappropriate.
