Management Associate
Worked as an Operation Engineer for a one-year training program at a coal-fired power plant at Bin Qasim, Karachi.
– Technical Experience: Gained comprehensive knowledge of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler, Steam Turbines, Compressors, Cooling Tower, and their respective equipment’s working, problems, and troubleshooting. Understanding of P&ids, analog logic diagrams, motor logic diagrams and essential APIs related to plant operations.
– Operational Experience: Acquired knowledge about startup, shutdown, and emergency handling procedures of equipments at the plant. Managed and supervised shifts. Coordinated with different departments for support and smooth running of plant and ensured that job executed in accordance with safe work procedures.
– Software Skills: Gained a good understanding of SAP working. Generated daily log shift reports and notifications on SAP. Created daily and monthly consumption reports on Microsoft Excel.
Operation Intern
