• Dealing with students’ matters and admission process.
• Coordinating with Principal, Faculty, Managing Director & UET Representatives regarding students’ matters.
• Maintaining documentation of all correspondence held between Principal, Faculty, MD and UET Representatives.
• Handling and making Payroll of Faculty and Supporting Staff.
• Examining and issuing employees contract & appointment letters, salary increments and termination letters.
• Maintaining employees’ personal filing system up-to-date both physically and electronically.
• Evaluating and forwarding employee leaves for approval.
• Operating jointly with management & employees to enhance relationships, boost morale and retention.
• Managing employees’ meetings with management to discuss affairs and Technical & Departmental issues.
• Maintaining pleasant working environment across all employees by implementing disciplinary policy.
