To provide mentor-ship to HMs for preparations and demonstrate of SRP TLMs in the classroom.
To assist HMs in conducting monthly cluster based review, planning and refresher session of HMs.
To collect, compile and report data of teachers, students and lesson plan delivery progress.
To mentor and HMs for creation/establishment of reading corners and promotion of reading culture in school/community.
To conduct monitoring visits of NFE centers/ SRP supported public libraries and provide support when required.
